Return & Damage Policy

We strive to make sure every customer loves what they receive from Properly Improper. Below is our return policy, with details for both retail and wholesale orders.


Retail Orders

If you're not totally happy with your order, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please email us at hello@shopproperlyimproper.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label. Please note: Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Wholesale Orders

We do not accept returns for wholesale orders unless the item arrives damaged or there is a shortage in your shipment.

  • Claims for damages or shortages must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • We highly recommend inspecting your package as soon as it arrives.
  • Please email hello@properlyimproper.com with photos and a description of any issues.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return or claim, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
